Our facility stands on a total area of about 8,000 m², of which 7,600 m² is covered production space. Monthly capacity is 110,000 knitted garments and 160,000 pairs of socks.
What being under one roof delivers
Having cutting, sewing, pressing, packing and quality control in one building provides consistent oversight across the whole production cycle. Planning, purchasing and logistics are run on integrated software, and production is tracked in real time at every stage.
Energy
The 611 kWp solar power system on the roof generates about 780,000 kWh of electricity a year. This is more than the facility consumes; the surplus is fed into the local grid.
Capacity planning
Small, flexible sewing lines allow small-quantity and high-quantity orders to be planned at the same time. For never-out-of-stock products, repeat orders are planned on the same lines as long as the minimum order quantity is met.
