Fabric and fibre options for sportswear
In sportswear the fabric is chosen against a list of functions: moving sweat away from the skin, quick drying, a cool feel and durability. These functions are planned at the fabric sourcing stage, and every incoming lot is measured at intake for dimensional stability and stretch. Edges and details can be applied with ultrasonic cutting and bonding technologies; flatlock stitching is preferred on surfaces in contact with the skin. Polyester and polyamide are the main fibres; recycled polyester and polyamide fabrics are turned into garments on the same lines, and cotton blends are used for everyday training pieces. We source the fabric; for this group, single jersey and interlock are among the knitted fabrics we can supply.
Fibres
Natural and regenerated
What each fibre is and how it behaves in fabric is described on the fibres page; the fabric choice is settled together with the product.

Working model for sportswear
For products that need technical fabrics, fabric sourcing is our responsibility in both models; the difference lies in who provides the product design.
Private label
Product development is ours: a fabric proposal based on the function list, pattern, sampling and production. Your brand only provides the product brief and the quantity.
Full-package
The tech pack and design come from you; fabric, trims, printing and the entire supply chain come from us. This is the model in which we take on fabric sourcing for brands that need technical fabrics.
In both models we are your OEM manufacturer: every order is made entirely to your specification; design, pattern and fabric choice are set by your brand, and the product carries your label. Collection production and working models

Certifications
Our OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Class II certificate covers sportswear. For recycled polyester and polyamide our GRS and RCS scope certificates apply; the social compliance audits belong to the facility and are the same for every product group.

Frequently asked questions about sportswear production
Which technical functions are possible in sportswear fabrics?
Moisture management, quick drying and a cool feel are functions planned at the fabric sourcing stage. How the fabric behaves is seen at the sampling stage; every incoming lot is measured at intake for dimensional stability and stretch.
Which prints and logos are applied in-house?
We carry out print applications such as transfer printing and pad printing in our own facility; our GRS scope certificate lists sewing and printing as in-house processes. We also offer solutions for other printing and decoration needs. Colour differences between lots are checked under UV light and by eye.
How is a product made with recycled polyester certified?
Recycled content is within the scope of our GRS and RCS scope certificates. You state the standard and the label level in your order, and a Transaction Certificate is issued for the shipment.
How is quality control carried out?
Five-stage in-house control: fabric and trim intake, cutting, in-line control on the sewing line, final inspection before packing and carton inspection before shipment. AQL 2.5 is applied in in-line checks and at final inspection.
