Cutting and sewing automation

We run repetitive sewing steps on automatic units. Because every piece is processed with the same settings, dimensions and stitch quality stay the same on every garment.

Automatic Open-Panel Sleeve & Hem Unit

The cut panel is laid flat on the conveyor. The machine detects it with its sensors and completes the sleeve or bottom hem automatically, so every piece gets the same hem allowance and the same stitch quality.
Automatic Rib Cuff Preparation Unit

The unit folds rib fabric and sews the cuff seam, then cuts the cuffs to equal lengths ready for assembly. It keeps variation in cuff dimensions to a minimum and keeps the line flowing steadily.
Automatic Polo Placket Unit

Sews the buttoned front placket of polo shirts automatically, so the placket dimensions and stitch line are the same on every garment.
Automatic Laser Welt Pocket & Zipper Unit

The unit first laser-cuts the panel. Robotic arms then transfer it to the sewing unit, where the zipper or pocket is sewn. Cutting and sewing run in one continuous, precise process.
Automatic Bottom Hemming Unit

The garment, with its side seams already closed, is loaded onto the machine's rollers. The machine detects it and hems the bottom automatically, giving tubular garments an even, continuous hem.
CNC Laser Cutting & Sewing Unit

Laser-cuts the part, then completes the sewing on the same unit so the part comes off ready. Its intelligent control software manages CNC cutting and sewing with a minimal margin of error. It is one of the units we rely on most in our menstrual wear production.
