Five control points
-
Fabric and trims intake
Every incoming lot is measured and checked before it is accepted.
- Dimensional stability against shrinkage and washing
- Colour check under UV light and visually
- Fabric weight (GSM) verification
- Stretch measurement
On request, cooperation with international and independent laboratories is also possible. Suppliers' inspection reports allow inputs to be tracked even before they are delivered.

-
Cutting inspection
During spreading and cutting, and again once cutting is complete, measurements and parts are checked lot by lot; a faulty part never enters the sewing line.
-
In-line sewing inspection
In-line checks run throughout production. The Quality Assurance team carries out systematic checks to AQL 2.5 on the sewing lines to establish the current quality level; deviations are corrected at the start of the line.
-
Final inspection before packing
Finished products are taken to a separate final inspection area before they go to the shipping area. Inspection is carried out to the AQL 2.5 acceptable quality level.
-
Carton audit before shipment
Before loading, randomly selected cartons are opened; quantity, size breakdown, labelling and packing are compared with the customer's instructions.
Detailed reports per delivery, order or product can be prepared for customers who request them. The order has the same representative from start to finish; at critical stages such as sample approval and pre-shipment, the customer is informed without having to ask.
