About us

We are a family business producing knitted garment and sock collections as an OEM for brands at our 8,000 m² facility in the Denizli Honaz Organised Industrial Zone.

Who we are

HC Organize Tekstil is a family factory that carries out every stage in its own facility, from pattern to packing, and exports knitted garments and socks to brands around the world. HC Organize Tekstil was founded in 2014 by Hakkı Akgören and Celal Pala. The company builds on its founders' more than 30 years of experience in the textile industry. Today two generations work side by side: the second generation takes part in sales, export and customer relations with the same sense of responsibility.

Our facility covers a total of 8,000 m², 7,600 m² of it indoors. With more than 180 employees we produce 110,000 knitted garments and 160,000 pairs of socks a month; cutting, sewing, ironing, packing and quality control are carried out in our own facility in Honaz OIZ, Denizli.

We produce knitted garments and socks that brands sell under their own labels: from sample to bulk production, from size range to packing, we run the order in one facility and apply AQL 2.5 both in in-line checks throughout production and at final inspection.

As an OEM partner we work on private label, full-package and made-to-order models and produce entire collections under our customers' brands: yogawear, sportswear, everyday wear, loungewear and pyjamas, underwear. Every order is made entirely to the customer's specification; we do not sell ready-made catalogue products. For fabric and trims we work with suppliers we have known for years; all of our production is exported.

Organic and recycled content is stated only within the scope of a certificate.

Our areas of expertise

Selection of technical functional fabrics: moisture-wicking, quick-drying, cooling.
Sustainable fabric selection: fabrics with organic and recycled fibres.
Five-stage in-house quality control; AQL 2.5 in both in-line checks and final inspection.
Our own pattern department: patterns and markers are prepared on site.
Production in line with EU and US standards; every stage from cutting to shipment in our own facility.
Tecnopea automatic steam boarding for socks: after steaming, pressing and a heated tunnel, robotic arms take the socks off the forms and stack them; every pair comes out with the same shape and dimensions.
ISO 9001:2015 quality management system; GOTS, OCS, GRS, RCS and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 (Class I and Class II) certificates; BSCI and Sedex SMETA social compliance audits.
Cutting and sewing automation: automatic units for open-panel sleeve and hem, rib cuffs, polo plackets, laser welt pockets and zippers, and CNC laser cutting and sewing.
