Loungewear items we produce
Pieces worn at home that also work outside: tops and bottoms in soft-handle knitted fabrics, designed to be worn as sets.
Jogging bottoms and joggers
They are made with an elasticated waist and drawcord; hems can be ribbed or plain.
Sweatshirts and tops
We make crew-neck, hooded and zip-up sweatshirts as well as long-sleeved tops.
T-shirts and shorts
They are made in the same fabric as part of a set.
Sets
Top and bottom are matched to a single colour card and made as a set.
Pyjama sets
We make knitted (jersey) pyjama tops and bottoms for women, men and children; seams that touch the skin are kept flat.
We also produce items not listed here as private label, to your product specification.

Fabric and fibre options for loungewear
For loungewear we choose fabric by its handle. Our collections use organic cotton, modal and TENCEL™ Lyocell; these three fibres keep their softness wash after wash and feel cool against the skin. Cotton-elastane blends are preferred for bottoms that need stretch, sweatshirt fabrics for tops. Every lot is measured at intake for dimensional stability after washing, so the size chart still holds after laundering. We source the fabric; for this group, French terry, three-thread fleece (brushed or unbrushed), single jersey and interlock are among the knitted fabrics we can supply.
Fibres
Natural and regenerated
Organic cotton, modal and TENCEL™ Lyocell are the fibres we use in this group; the others can be chosen for blends. Details on the fibres page.

Working model for loungewear
Loungewear is mostly ordered as sets; regardless of the model, top and bottom are planned from the same fabric lot.
Private label
We develop the collection: fabric, pattern, colour card and samples come from us; you send the product brief and the quantity.
Full-package
The design and the tech pack come from you, fabric and trim sourcing from us. Your fibre preferences, such as organic cotton or TENCEL™ Lyocell, are part of fabric sourcing from the start.
In both models we are your OEM manufacturer: every order is made entirely to your specification; design, pattern and fabric choice are set by your brand, and the product carries your label. Collection production and working models

Certifications
Organic cotton loungewear is within the scope of our GOTS and OCS scope certificates; our certificate covers women's, men's, children's and unisex clothing. Everyday clothing is covered by our OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Class II certificate. The Transaction Certificate shows that the goods shipped are certified.

Frequently asked questions about loungewear production
How do we order GOTS certified loungewear?
You state GOTS and the label level in writing in your order ("Organic" at least 95%, "Made With Organic" at least 70% certified organic fibre). Our scope certificate shows our authorisation to produce; a Transaction Certificate is issued for your shipment.
What is the difference between modal and TENCEL™ Lyocell?
Both are regenerated cellulose fibres made from wood pulp through a chemical process. Modal is made mainly from beech wood by a method similar to viscose and is very soft; lyocell is made in a closed-loop solvent process, gives a smooth surface and is stronger when wet. Both are described on the fibres page.
How is size consistency after washing ensured?
Every incoming fabric lot is measured for shrinkage and dimensional stability to washing; the pattern is planned around these values. An independent laboratory report can also be obtained on request.
Is store-by-store packing possible?
Yes. Store assortments are prepared, and products are packed and shipped ready to go straight onto the store shelf.
Can we re-order a continuously selling item?
Yes. Thanks to small, flexible sewing lines, repeat orders for continuously selling products are planned on the same lines as long as the minimum order quantity is met.
