Yogawear items we produce
Every piece of a yoga collection is produced on the same line by the same fabric and pattern team, so a brand's leggings, bras and tops match one another.
Leggings
They are made high-waisted and in different leg lengths; the waistband construction is set by the design.
Sports bras
They are made with light and medium support; lining and padding construction are set by the design.
Crop tops and tops
We make short and long-sleeved tops, tank tops and oversized layering pieces.
Shorts and bike shorts
They are made in the same fabric as the leggings, with a matching waistband construction.
We also produce items not listed here as private label, to your product specification.

Fabric and fibre options for yogawear
For yogawear we work with fine-gauge knitted fabrics with high elastane (spandex in the US) content; stretch and recovery are the basic requirement of this group. Stretch and dimensional stability are measured at fabric intake. Functions such as moisture management, quick drying and a cool feel are planned at the fabric sourcing stage. For synthetic-based yoga fabrics, polyamide and polyester and their recycled versions are generally preferred; for pieces that call for a cotton handle we use blends of organic cotton, modal, bamboo viscose and TENCEL™ Lyocell. We source the fabric; for this group, single jersey and interlock are among the knitted fabrics we can supply.
Fibres
Natural and regenerated
Which fibre goes into which piece is decided together at the design and sampling stage; what each fibre is and how it behaves in fabric is described on the fibres page.

Working model for yogawear
In both models, fabric and production are our responsibility; in yogawear the difference lies in who designs the product.
Private label
We develop the product for your brand: pattern, fabric choice, sampling and production are handled in one place; you send the product brief and the estimated quantity.
Full-package
The design and the tech pack come from you; fabric, elastane content, trims and the entire supply chain are our responsibility.
In both models we are your OEM manufacturer: every order is made entirely to your specification; design, pattern and fabric choice are set by your brand, and the product carries your label. Collection production and working models

Certifications
Sportswear is within the scope of our OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Class II certificate. When recycled polyamide or polyester is required, our GRS and RCS scope certificates apply; for organic cotton blends, our GOTS and OCS scope certificates. A Transaction Certificate is issued separately for goods shipped.

Frequently asked questions about yogawear production
How does private label yogawear production start?
It starts with a product brief, a target list of pieces and an estimated quantity. We prepare the fabric and pattern proposal, and production is planned after sample approval. If your tech pack is ready, we go straight to the sampling stage.
Which fabrics are used for yoga leggings?
Fine-gauge knitted fabrics with high elastane content. Synthetic-based options use polyamide or polyester, including their recycled versions; designs that call for a cotton handle use blends of organic cotton, modal and TENCEL™ Lyocell. The stretch and recovery of the fabric are measured at intake.
Can yogawear made with recycled fibre be certified?
Yes. Recycled content is within the scope of our GRS and RCS scope certificates; if you state the standard and the label level in your order, a Transaction Certificate is issued for the shipment.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The quantity threshold depends on the product type and the chosen fabric and is confirmed at the quotation stage. Orders below the stated quantity are also possible; the unit price changes accordingly.
What difference does flatlock stitching make in yogawear?
A flatlock seam lies flat and leaves no raised seam allowance on the surface in contact with the skin. This is why it is preferred for close-fitting pieces such as leggings and bras; the seam type is decided together with the design.
