Promotional wear items we produce
Basic garments for corporate and promotional use: fabric suited to printing, consistent colour and sizing, children's and adult sizes. Promotional wear is one part of our capacity; the same lines produce complete collections for brands.
T-shirts
They are made with crew or V-neck, short or long sleeves; the pattern is planned around the print area.
Polos
They are made with a buttoned collar, in piqué or plain knit.
Sweatshirts
They are made crew-neck and hooded, in fabrics suited to printing and embroidery.
Basics
Frequently repeated pieces for events, staff and souvenirs are made in children's and adult sizes.
We also produce items not listed here as private label, to your product specification.

Fabric and fibre options for promotional wear
For promotional products we choose fabric by how well it takes printing and embroidery; it must stay true to the colour card. Cotton is the base fibre; cotton-polyester blends are preferred for durability and dimensional stability, organic cotton and recycled polyester for corporate orders with a sustainability requirement. Colour differences between lots are checked under UV light and visually. We source the fabric; for this group, single jersey, piqué, French terry and three-thread fleece are among the knitted fabrics we can supply.
Fibres
Natural and regenerated
Synthetic
What each fibre is and how it behaves in fabric is described on the fibres page.

Working model for promotional wear
In corporate orders the design is usually ready, and the work lies in colour accuracy and delivery discipline. Promotional wear can be a stand-alone order or part of your brand's collection; as an OEM we produce both.
Private label
We build the corporate collection: fabric, pattern, colour matching and print plan come from us; you send the logo, colour reference and quantity.
Full-package
The design and print file come from you; fabric, trims, printing and the supply chain come from us. This is the model most often used for high-volume, repeat orders.
In both models we are your OEM manufacturer: every order is made entirely to your specification; design, pattern and fabric choice are set by your brand, and the product carries your label. Collection production and working models

Certifications
Promotional wear is explicitly listed within the scope of our OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Class II certificate. The social compliance records that corporate buyers ask for in supplier audits belong to the facility: amfori BSCI and a four-pillar Sedex SMETA. For organic cotton and recycled fibre, our GOTS, OCS, GRS and RCS scope certificates apply.
Frequently asked questions about promotional wear production
What information is needed for a corporate order?
Product type and quantity, size breakdown, colour reference, print file and print area, label and packing preference. A sample is prepared from these; production is planned after approval.
Which printing methods are done in-house?
We carry out print applications such as transfer printing and pad printing in our own facility; our GRS scope certificate lists sewing and printing as in-house processes. We also offer solutions for embroidery and other decoration needs; fabrics are selected to suit printing and embroidery.
How is colour consistency maintained between lots?
The colour of every incoming fabric lot is checked under UV light and visually and compared with previous lots.
Which social compliance certificates do you hold?
Our facility has passed an amfori BSCI audit and is registered on the Sedex platform with a four-pillar SMETA audit. Current audit reports are shared on request.
Can children's and adult sizes be in the same order?
Yes. In corporate collections such as visitor souvenirs, children's and adult sizes are planned together with the same fabric and print; we also work this way in licensed product manufacturing.
How is delivery planned for high-volume orders?
Delivery is planned stage by stage: fabric intake, cutting, sewing, printing and packing are each scheduled separately, and the order has the same contact person from start to finish. Lead time depends on the scope of the order, the product group and fabric sourcing. Send your tech pack to sales@hcorganize.com and we will share the timeline for your project.
